No, we are only open Monday thru Friday. |

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. |
| How do you ship my order? |
UPS is the expediting service that we use. |
| Can I pick-up my order at your warehouse? |
Yes, just select "customer pick-up" during the checkout process. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. |
| After I place an order, how long does it take to ship? |
All orders typically take 2-3 business days to cut and ship. |
| Do you accept returns? |
Since each order is custom cut to our customer's specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you have made a mistake in ordering, we will be more than happy to try and help you in some way. |
| What if my order is over the 150# wieght limit? |
If your order exceeds 150#, you will be emailed the shipping charges. Once you have recieved the shipping quote, you can either have us process or cancel the order for you without any penalties or charges. |
| Do you offer educational discounts? |
No, we try and provide all of our customers the lowest possible price. |
| Can I special order something? |
Unfortunately, we cannot accept special orders at this time. |
